Jenny moved here from Vermont in 2023 after graduating from Southern New Hampshire University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Jenny has been working in addiction counseling since 2018 primarily with adults who are incarcerated, on probation and parole, and in sober living. Jenny’s treatment modalities include mindfulness CBT, trauma focused, and somatic exercises. Jenny believes in working from a nonjudgmental and collaborative perspective to help reach their goals.
Emily is passionate about working with neurodivergent adults as they pursue recovery. She has earned undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Social Work from Milligan University. In 2021, she earned a Master's in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University.
In 2023, completed a 12-month certification program with the International ADHD Coach Training Center to become a Certified ADHD Life Coach.
Emily utilizes techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, the trauma resiliency model, motivational enhancement and solution-focused brief therapy in her clinical practice.
